Recent Case Study
The Project
BTT has been tracking employee engagement for over a decade, prioritizing staff well-being. With no culture assessment conducted since COVID-19, this presented an opportunity to measure progress and understand shifts in workplace dynamics.
To ensure broad participation, the survey was designed to include both operational and office-based staff, capturing diverse job functions and locations.

Our Approach
Siyezwa developed a multilingual engagement survey, integrating quantitative and qualitative insights. The survey was deployed both online and on-site, ensuring accessibility across the workforce.
