OBJECTIVES
Private Property required insight on their current brand positioning, customer perceptions and an understanding of their place in the competitive landscape.
APPROACH
Qualitative focus groups and interviews we conducted with customers, agents and other stakeholders. Analysis of online trends, digital positioning and previous research was conducted.
EXECUTION
A presentation was given following compilation of results and a thereafter a strategic workshop with the board. In addition to meeting the objectives , a number of opportunities and areas for caution were identified.
