Sometimes the best insights and feedback come from complete strangers that is why we feel running focus groups are so valuable whether you need feedback on your brand or test the market with a new product.
Our focus groups consist of bringing together 6-10 people in a room to provide feedback regarding a product, service, concept, or marketing campaign. Our highly trained moderators lead 30-90 minute discussions within the groups which is designed to gather useful information. Our goal is to hear from everyone and to encourage many different opinions and ideas to be shared which is then later compiled into a feedback report.
